Your Role:

As a Working Student (all genders) in Medidata Training and Communications, you will assist in the creation and implementation of training programs and communication initiatives focused on Medidata solutions and clinical systems, specifically within the framework of the Chronos Program in the DDIT GDO department of DDIT R&D Healthcare. Your efforts will help advance the Medidata Learning Academy within the organization. This position provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic setting while playing a key role in enhancing our training strategies

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of training cnocept and programs for Medidata solutions.
  • Support the coordination and execution of training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and feedback for training resources.
  • Help maintain and update the training database and communication platforms.
  • Conduct research on best practices in training and communication within the Medidata context.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new training initiatives.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and gather participant feedback.

 

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in training, communications, and technology.
  • Excellent (C1) written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
