Your Role:

As part of the Global Real Estate and Facility Management (CREM) organization, you will support our Real Estate team in building and maintaining a transparent and reliable data foundation for our global real estate portfolio.

You will help coordinate data collection activities, maintain project trackers, follow up on open requests, and support reporting activities. We are looking for a proactive and organized team player who enjoys working with data, communicating with stakeholders, and helping drive projects forward.

This role offers valuable insights into a global Corporate Real Estate organization and provides practical experience in data management, reporting, and project coordination.

 

Your Tasks

  • Support data collection and consolidation activities across the global real estate organization
  • Maintain trackers, status overviews, and project documentation
  • Monitor open requests and follow up with stakeholders on missing information
  • Coordinate reminders and support timely completion of deliverables
  • Perform basic data checks to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information
  • Support the preparation of management reports and presentations
  • Assist with maintaining SharePoint sites, document repositories, and data files
  • Contribute ideas to improve data quality, transparency, and reporting processes
  • Support ad hoc analyses and administrative tasks related to strategy and data management activities

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Real Estate, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or Information Management
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Interest in Corporate Real Estate and global business operations
  • Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with international stakeholders
  • Interest in data, reporting, and business processes
  • Fluent (C1) in English; German is a plus
  • Good knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 applications

 

Nice to Have:

  • First experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
  • Basic knowledge of systems such as SAP, Planon, Archibus, or ServiceNow is an advantage
