Your role:

The IT Group Applications Services ServiceNow CoE architects, builds, operates, and enhances the IT Group Applications (non-ERP) in ServiceNow. The Group Application team is mainly responsible for the operations & technical projects in the scope.As a Working Student you will support the appointed project delivery managers, portfolio manager and management team with various tasks related to the IT projects and change requests.

Manage incoming change requests and take care of cost communications, Maintain several project documents like, leave tracker, resource allocation, cost cross charging documents, etc. Create onboarding training plans for new joiners. Take care of the learning platform and act as contact for queries regarding the same. Coordinate training plans and suggest trainings for new projects for knowledge enhancement. Maintain the team’s intranet home page by keeping documents of the project up to date.Presentation and document creation for regular achievements for the team. Keep track of development activities and assist the team with communication.

 

Who you are:

  • Master’s degree Student in IT /Business or related fields.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office tools (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge about ServiceNow & Project Management would be a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, German language skills would be a plus.
