Your role: 

We are looking for talented and curious candidates who are supporting the Surface Solutions Strategy & Transformation team and who want to get a broad overview on the Surface Solutions business unit.

As a Working Student – Surface Solutions Strategy Realization, you will support the Strategy & Transformation team in developing and implementing strategies for our Surface Solutions business. Your focus will be on business and market intelligence, including analyzing markets, customers and competitors. You will gather, organize, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. In addition, you will get insights into different strategic projects supporting the Surface Solutions business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to project plans, and assist in preparing presentations and reports.

Who you are:

• Currently enrolled as a student of business administration, business psychology, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
