Your Role:

You’ll join our Talent Strategy & Analytics team, one of the central enablers behind our talent agenda. We turn data into actionable talent insights and co-create an integrated strategy across our People & Organizational Growth department. As a Working Student (all genders), you’ll be at the heart of shaping how we understand and grow our people. You’ll dive into generating impactful talent analyses, optimizing dashboards that meet real business needs, and you can bring your own fresh ideas for KPIs, insights, and data visualizations. Your sharp eye will help us boost data quality by spotting issues and driving improvements. Beyond the numbers, you’ll support data and process documentation and identify improvement opportunities on our reporting landscape. You’ll have the chance to actively contribute to exciting strategic talent projects.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Ongoing studies in data science or any related field with strong focus on Data & Analytics
  • Profound knowledge about data structures and reporting
  • Passion for data, processes, and governance topics
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
  • Very good (C1) communication skills in English and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • Openness to being involved in a wide range of tasks and taking joy in developing creative solutions

 

Duration: 15-20 hours per week for at least 12 months (6 months+ possible extension), from October 2025
