Your Role:
Are you ready to dive deep into complex data challenges and build digital solutions that drive our digital transformation? We are looking for a motivated working student with a strong background in informatics to lead a complex development project using the Palantir Foundry low-code platform. In this role, you will design and develop solutions that support data quality management and data cleansing activities in Master Data Management—with the opportunity to work on additional projects in digital transformation, master data management, and Quality & Regulatory Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance complex data analytics solutions in Palantir Foundry, leveraging its low-code capabilities as well as Python coding when advanced features are needed.
  • Build solutions that improve data quality management and data cleansing workflows in our master data management systems.
  • Work largely on your own while benefiting from the continuous guidance of data experts and digital transformation managers.

  • Utilize the latest AI tools both to support your coding and to integrate AI-enabled features directly into your solutions.

  • Proactively drive complex tasks to completion; while you’ll have the autonomy to work independently, you are encouraged to reach out for help whenever needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in informatics, digital communications, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or data analytics) are a plus.

  • Proficiency (B2) in English is required; fluency (C1) in German is desirable.

  • Proven ability to build digital solutions on low-code platforms (experience with Palantir Foundry is a plus) and some proficiency in Python for data engineering.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for designing robust, scalable solutions.

  • Ability to work reliably on complex tasks while remaining collaborative and resourceful when challenges arise.

  • A hands-on attitude toward digital transformation and an eagerness to learn from industry experts (training will be provided for advanced tasks).

  • Availability to work approximately 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

What We Offer:

  • A chance to work on a cutting-edge data analytics project and influence the way we manage master data quality in a global, dynamic environment.

  • Comprehensive training, including exposure to advanced programming and AI tools to support and accelerate your development work.

  • The opportunity to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment with experienced data experts and digital transformation managers.

  • A flexible work schedule (approximately 16 hours per week) where you can balance your studies and professional development.
