This position can be based in Eysins, Darmstadt, Lyon or Barcelona.

 

Your role:

We are seeking a highly skilled project and program manager in the field of sustainability. You will be leading cross-sectorial and -functional transformation initiatives on sustainability (mainly environmental, e. g. net zero, circular economy) within our Healthcare business  and in collaboration with functions like procurement, development, manufacturing, commercial & franchises to deliver impact as part of our sustainability program. Additionally, you will be a key driving force to broadening the sustainability upskilling journey for the organization. Additionally, you will be overseeing various projects and programs aimed at sustainability and providing subject matter expertise in environmental regulations and best practices. You will provide not only subject matter expertise, but also create the right environment for cross-functional matrixial teams to inspire and deliver.

 

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work, manage, and motivate global cross-functional matrix teams.
  • Proven and significant experience in project and program management (more than 5 years of experience), incl. relevant experience in leading matrix teams globally to success by fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Good understanding of global environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
