You will manage end-to-end supply chain operations that are vital to deliver high-quality healthcare products to our patients according to global market demands and requirements. You drive the master and distribution planning activities of finished and semi-finished products, arbitrate between commercial and manufacturing functions in situations of conflicting interests, and take appropriate decisions and actions to secure patient supply based on market demands and local requirements. Service will be your key priority, while ensuring sustainability, cost and inventory levels will meet their targets. You will provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management, influencing decision-making and resource allocation. Furthermore, you will be constantly monitoring and maintaining the planning master data accuracy and collaborate to improve the global planning processes. Whenever necessary you will act as back up for other Supply Planning colleagues.

 

Who you are:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply-Chain - Supply Chain certification preferred 
  • Strong expertise in supply chain management software (SAP, Blue Yonder) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Exceptional team player in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills with an solution-oriented attitude 
  • Willingness to leveraging digital tools and data analytics, including artificial intelligence applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English is mandatory, other languanges is a plus)
