Your role:
As an intern in the Business Sector Controlling team, you will assist in the delivery of key milestones aimed at improving and harmonizing the RVA process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to document methodologies, assist in parameter validation, and support the development of training materials. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that our RVA parameters are robust, transparent, and aligned with audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and documenting RVA parameters requiring empirical evidence and those supported by qualitative input.
- Support the development of standardized calculation templates and working instructions.
- Document assumptions, calculation logic, and rationale for parameters.
- Participate in the design and documentation of a sector-specific backtesting framework.
- Aid in maintaining the Business Sector RVA Guideline, ensuring it is aligned with Group Accounting and audit requirements.
- Support the preparation of training materials and communication packages for stakeholders.
- Assist in the validation of parameter changes and documentation of results.
Your profil:
- Ability to analyse data and document findings clearly and meticulous in documenting processes and ensuring accuracy in calculations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English for effective stakeholder engagement and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with Excel and data analysis tools, word and Capacity to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor/master degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field and interest in financial analysis and process improvement.
