As a Science and Technology company, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supply Chain Performance & Analytics Trainee to join the team in Supply Chain within its Healthcare Division. As a trainee in our department, you will support the Global Product Supply team improving the performance of our supply chain through data analysis. Your tasks will include data collection, analysis, creating performance reports, alignment with stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.

During this period, you will work on a range of projects and initiatives related to supply chain performance and be mentored from experienced professionals in the field.

 

Your role:

This Internship is designed to prepare students to be professionals in the business world, offering many opportunities for development within the Supply Chain function in an enjoyable work environment. In particular, you will be working on topics such as:

• data analysis to drive business decisions for the supply chain

• Contribute to creating performance reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel

• Identify trends, patterns, or anomalies in the data that might indicate issues or opportunities for improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams and participate in the testing, validation, and monitoring of performance metrics and indicators to ensure accuracy and reliability of the data

• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Curious on AI recent development such as genAI, prompt engineering

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for innovation, business development, and entrepreneurship

• Strong work ethic, self-starter, and team player

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
