Your role:

 

Within the Global Manufacturing Science & Technology (Biologics) team a great opportunity has opened up!

Your role is pivotal in setting the technical direction of programs and projects and embodying an end-to-end (E2E) ownership, overseeing the entire lifecycle of technical programs — from conception through execution to completion as key for succeeding in the role. 

You will lead and develop a team of Technical Program Leads accountable for technical programs/projects management, oversee programs direction, prioritize resources with the network, and ensure that programs are completed on time and within budget.

You foster collaboration across the mfg. network and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the technical direction which is consistently communicated throughout the programs. This collaborative approach is essential for addressing challenges and optimizing processes across the value chain.

The role requires strong leadership, process technical understanding & communication skills. 

 

Who you are:

 

  • MS with minimum 15+ years of experience, or PhD with minimum 10 years of experience in Drug Substance (Biologics) and Drug Product Manufacturing (parenteral), ideally paired with experience in drug substance process development
  • Sound understanding of process value chain manufacturing, quality control, supply  and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant proven experience in Project Management and Technology Transfer is a must
  • Good scientific background paired with strategic thinking and people & project management skills.
  • Capable to work in a multi-disciplinary teams and to 'lead without hierachical power' in a matrix environment.
  • Strong business acumen and result orientation in combination with demonstrated ability for cross-function collaboration and communication.
