Your role:
In this dynamic, high-visibility role, you will provide vital administrative and strategic support to the Global Development Operations (GDO) team in Feltham. The GDO team is accountable for the execution of our clinical studies across therapeutic areas and all stages of development with a mission to bring more medicines to more patients, faster. You’ll manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars, orchestrate international travel itineraries, handle purchase orders, and coordinate key leadership meetings. Serving as our local site anchor, you’ll foster team spirit and drive internal engagement initiatives. You will also design executive presentations and maintain well-structured team repositories. This is an office-based hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days on-site per week (Tuesday–Thursday) in Feltham, UK, offering clear growth into broader operational support.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in an executive or department administrative support role, ideally within a global corporate environment.
- Proven track record supporting a multi-country, international matrix model, including complex global scheduling across time zones.
- Strong experience in end-to-end travel management (domestic and international) and congress/conference logistics.
- Hands-on proficiency with enterprise financial processes, specifically raising and managing Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP systems like SAP, Concur, or Ariba.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a structured, self-driven approach to follow-through.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and tech-savviness with modern productivity tools (e.g., AI assistants/Copilot).
- A collaborative, calm, and proactive communicator who thrives under pressure and adapts flexibly to evolving priorities.
- Desirable: Prior background within the pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences sector, and conversational German language skills.
