Your Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Team Administrator for our brand new healthcare team working to change the lives of patients with rare diseases. In this role you will provide vital administrative and marketing support to our Country Lead for Rare Tumours, Sales Manager, Brand Managers, Medical Director, and other key personnel in the Rare Tumours team. You will manage diary schedules, budget administration, compliance processes, event organization, and internal communications - all integral to driving the success of our rare tumour initiatives. You will work on a hybrid basis in our Feltham head office.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Administrative support to cross-functional teams in marketing and medical functions
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, and budget reconciliations
  • Coordinating compliance activities such as Disclosure management and funding agreements
  • Organizing travel, meetings, and promotional material stock control
  • Liaising with departments including Medical, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Legal

Who you are:

  • GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent or above.
  • Experience in project coordination, preferably within sales and marketing.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with databases.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • An understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations (ABPI Code of Practice).
  • Experience working with Veeva PromoMats.
