Your Role: As the Teamlead of the Operational Transport Management Team, you will lead a team of highly skilled transportation specialists. Operational Excellence is the main goal, including export transportation management activities and the continuous improvement of processes and KPIs. The Teamlead serves as the first point of contact for the team, customer escalations, interfaces, and stakeholders.

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor Degree / Apprenticeship in Logistics / Economics / Supply Chain 
  • Deep knowledge in Supply Chain and Transportation (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience in leading and developing people
  • In-depth knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling (ADR, IMDG, IATA DGR)
  • SAP experience (ERP/TM/EWM/GTS) and MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English
