Your role: 

As a working student (all genders) in Operational Excellence Surface Solutions, you will support our daily operations within the Operational Excellence Team with special focus on manufacturing intelligence. This includes managing and tracking of daily maintenance requests from various stakeholders for our software COMET as well as handling of software malfunctions, testing of enhancements and user management. Additionally, you will support the global software roll-out at our production sites and be part of an interdisciplinary team.

Your Qualifications:

• Ongoing studies in media, communication sciences, or a related field with a digital focus.
• Good skills in handling Microsoft programs (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good communication skills in German and English (B1 or higher).
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in basic setups of databases.
• Self-motivated, with a keen interest in learning and applying new skills.
• Independent and structured working style, flexibility, initiative, and creativity.
• Team-oriented with a strong ability to integrate diverse ideas.
