Your Role:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within OT & Cybersecurity Department. We are looking for a full-time experienced OT System Engineer dedicated to the Site Manufacturing and Process Systems management. In this role you will be in charge to ensuring the Project, Lifecycle, Compliance, Availability and Security of the various OT Manufacturing and Process systems like: BMS, DCS, SCADA, HMI, OEM, etc.... This includes ensuring identify areas for improvement and that the systems adhere to global regulatory standards, maintain data integrity and cyber security. You will work closely with cross-functional Global and Local teams to develop the ownership area requirements, business needs and provide guidance and training on compliance standards and best practices to the process owners. You will ensure and represent the system expertise during the audit.
Who you are:
- Degree in engineering (automation, computer science, process)
- Good knowledge of the English and Italian language
- Multi-year experience in the role, Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the process automation engineering field (if not graduated, at least 10 years of relevant experience is required);
- Excellent use of IT/OT systems, tools and services and OT programming languages
- Excellent knowledge of BMS/SCADA infrastructures and architecture and Knowledge of opc
- Good knowledge of control theory (industrial processes, dynamic and sequential controls, etc.)
- Knowledge of industrial digital field protocols (modbus, devicenet, as-i, fieldbus, profibus, etc.)
- Proven talent in solving complex problems through OT and software engineering
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
- Knowledge of instrumentation and process chains.
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages, servers, network architectures and communication protocols
