Your role:

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of non-quality events, ensuring that qualification and validation processes meet regulatory and internal standards, and maintaining data integrity across all operations and projects. You will also provide GMP oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while balancing phase appropriateness in development projects. In addition, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a quality mindset throughout the organization. This includes supporting the growth and development of team members, promoting collaboration across various functions, and driving initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.

Who your are:

• Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years of experience in managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management systems
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor team members
• Fluent in spoken and written English (second language as French or German as a plus)
• Previous experience in complex organisations and international networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Eligible to Qualified Person role as a plus
