Report to: Head of Market Access and Pricing 

Base in: Hanoi

Your roles:

•    National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL): Convince Health Authorities to include Merck products in the NRDL by presenting robust, evidence-based data on their efficacy and cost-effectiveness.
•    Value Communication: Develop and implement a comprehensive value strategy with Health Authorities and Government Payers to foster a value-based dialogue among stakeholders. This strategy should enhance the perceived value of company products, bolster the company's reputation, and highlight the additional value company brings to healthcare establishments in Vietnam beyond its pharmaceutical offerings.
•    Policy (related to NRDL, Pricing, Drug Procurement): Keep track of relevant policies to ensure the company's actions are well informed ahead & be compliant.
•    Pricing: Ensure company products are affordably priced to facilitate patient access while adhering to local regulatory requirements
 

Who You Are:

•    Over 8 years of experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, focusing on pricing, tendering, and reimbursement.
•    In-depth understanding of healthcare systems and relevant policies.
•    Strategic thinker with a customer-oriented mindset, effectively engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
•    Proficient in verbal and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
