Report to: Medical Manager - Fertility BU
Base in: Ha Noi city.
Your roles:
The successful candidate will act as a key resource in one or more therapeutic areas (TAs), co-leading local TA, launch, and brand strategies, while directing Medical Affairs tactics in their assigned territory.
Responsibilities include managing Medical Affairs activities aligned with local strategies, tracking KPIs, and communicating market insights and unmet needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the TA expert, leading Medical Affairs initiatives and ensuring alignment with brand strategies in territory management.
- Develop and review medical and marketing materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with training and SOPs.
- Conduct internal scientific training and promote ongoing medical education for teams and new hires.
- Engage with local healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders to facilitate educational programs and partnerships.
- Lead or support medical studies and clinical projects, ensuring effective communication between investigators and internal teams.
- Support Medical Manager add hoc.
Who you are:
- Medical doctor background or Pharmacist with Bachelor degree.
- Scientific and / or clinical training in area of relevance to position strongly preferred.
- At least 1 years working as the same position or Senior / MSL.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
