Report to: BU Head of CMC

Purpose: 

  • Support Field Force and Market Access department in implementation & management of field force and market access activities.

Your roles:

  • Assist both commercial and market accesss activities including Third party events, Sponsorship, Symposium, Hospital Meeting, Round table discussion, Roleplay/Training.
  • Responsible for creating workflow and uploading in the Quantum Connect system for internal approval.
  • Support on VERITAS System interaction for document approval.
  • Budget tracking, DB and expense records.
  • Monthly accrual budget.
  • Front-end checking document for FF/BUM/MA approval according to SOP and Compliance.
  • Arrange logistics for field force events (license meeting, venue set up, invitation delivery, document printing, meeting packages...) in coordination with FF team.
  • Centralize and follow up with Purchasing Department and brand reminder for supplier contacts, price tender, quotation approval.
  • Order and follow up with the Purchasing Department for event venues, literature, and brand reminders... in coordination with FF team.
  • Support PMs in payment document (KOL honorarium, printing, liquidation,...).
  • Maintain updated KOL files and contacts report.
  • Other duties assigned by BUH.
  • To recognize a reportable adverse event or safety information and having the necessary information forwarded to the Local Drug Safety Contact in company Vietnam in a timely manner.

Who you are:

  • University degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the same position in MNC. Previous experience in FF / Marketing department of a multi-national organization is a plus.
  • Attention to detail in documentation
  • PC literate: sufficient knowledge of PC, network, and standard packages used under Windows. Being able to work with PowerPoint.
  • English proficient
  • Have ability to work independently and under pressure. Be patient, adaptable & team-work.
  • Good communication skills, project management skills.
