Report to: OmniChannel & Insight lead
Your role:
- Define, develop and support in-house studio set up to support in-house webinar.
- Define, develop and support Zalo capabilities.
- Works collaboratively with I.T Team and webinar agencies to identify digital needs and transfer technical knowledge or channels and webinar deployment
- Support for OmniChannel & Insight Lead with company’s M3 suite tasks including inputs for user journey design and intervention points for Digital activities
- Define, develop and support the digital technology channel deployments and the operational capabilities for a part of digital channel deployment (Mass email, 1-1 email, Instance messages, websites) especially the webinar channel for the digital team.
- Corporate and support for the webinar channel operational strategy, business processes, style/design guides, analysis and optimization of the webinar channel and Digital operation & technology deployments used to support the successful launches of key assets.
- Support for digital strategy and priorities by identifying and evaluating innovative uses of digital channels that drive HCPs value and growth
- Accountability for the digital technology channel deployments and the operational capabilities for a part of digital channel deployment (Mass email, Instance messages, websites) especially the webinar channel.
- Support for tracking KPIs for successful implementation on assigned channels
- Provide insight to support in selection suitable digital agency digital activities.
- Track and support company to maximize interaction with high quality KPIs on assigned channels.
Who you are:
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing; Media, digital marketing, Tech, IT.
- Experience in webinar deployment role from large-scale, cross-border technology programs
- Expert on technology of digital channel mkt
- Experience in project management and HCPs insight on digital
- Good level knowledge of (digital) detailing & professional selling operations
- Can develop and execute structured project plans
- Open-minded and motivated by cross-culture and cross-geographical team working
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong innovative mindset and awareness regarding opportunities to improve processes
