Report to: Head of CE and Business Strategy

 

Wnat You Should Do:

 

Field Force Effectiveness:
•    Deployment the strategy development in call strategy/priority brands.
•    Conduct support on right target segmentation and field force resource optimization (FRO) to create commercial efficiency and effectiveness. 
•    Alignment with BI Manager and OC & Insight Lead for multichannel plan and Segmentation & Targeting (SnT), field force resource optimization deployment readiness.
•    Carrying trainings related to commercial effectiveness at BU level.
•    Support and collaborate BI in F2F HCP insight analytic, KPI definitions and performance tracking systems support commercial profitable growth agenda.
•    Support Monitoring and Management in Field Force Effectiveness areas.
Field force incentive management: 
•    Accountability for FF incentive, create and manage incentive tool/dashboard. 
•    Work with BI Manager to allocate forecast to territories and monitor performance management tracking by periods.
Business partnering for Performance management:
•    Provide business partnering in FF analysis and reporting, supporting to business planning and brand/channel strategy.
•    Update and analyse territory performance by BU for business solutions.
CRM management:
•    Key person to manage CRM Veeva system: work with Regional CRM team, change request management, user supporting & training, MCCP management, User Interface Test & insights.
•    Elicit and define business requirements across all functional domains relating to CRM. Identifies, assess, and documents business requirements, recommending business priorities and advising business on options, risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions.
•    Facilitate CRM support for end-users
•    Lead consent management end to end process and ensure smooth transition from paper to digital consent.  
•    Tracking/follow up and analysis KPIs report on Veeva with purpose to lead field force excellence in execution on all activity KPIs
•    Work together with Marketing, Sales, and  OC & Insight Lead to provide local & regional audience with insights on OmniChannel activities rooted from data on Veeva system and provide strong analysis/recommendation monthly.
 

Who You Are:

•    Bachelors degree in engineering, statistics, business administration. 
•    Min 3-5 years experience in commercial effectiveness and /or business intelligence or related area.
•    Pharma experience is an asset.
•    Good planning, prioritiziation and decision making capabilities.
•    Commercial experience is an asset.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
•    Proficiency in CRM systems.
•    Customer Master Data Management
•    Dashboarding and Analysis
•    Database and PowerBI
•    KPI Reporting & Monitoring
•    Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in pharmaceutical marketing.
