Report to: Head of Oncology BU
Your roles:
- To lead and manage the field force and marketing activities (marketing tools, programs, and services) for assigned products and territories, ensuring the achievement of annual business objectives, product forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving field force excellence while adhering to company policies and strategic objectives.
Who You Are:
- Gradudated in Pharmacist or Doctor with Bachelor's degree.
- Additional certification in Marketing or Business Management is advantageous.
- At least 4–6 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Have thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical market and good understanding on product positioning, key benefits, and targeting customer.
- Experience with specialty pharmaceutical products and devices is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) and sales/marketing software.
- Good communication in English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent).
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
