Your Roles:

As the Group Product Manager for the Fertility portfolio, you will be the strategic leader responsible for driving product success in one of the most specialized and emotionally impactful therapeutic areas. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to shape product positioning, accelerate market growth, and deliver meaningful value to healthcare professionals and patients navigating fertility care.

What You Should Do:

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and execute robust marketing strategies and annual product plans tailored to the fertility landscape, ensuring alignment with clinical needs, market dynamics, and business goals.
  • Product Launch and Lifecycle Management: Lead pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for new and existing fertility products. Ensure timely execution, market readiness, and sustained performance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Therapeutic Area Expertise: Maintain deep understanding of reproductive health, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), hormonal therapies, and fertility-related diagnostics. Translate clinical insights into compelling product narratives and value propositions.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of fertility market trends, patient journeys, treatment protocols, and competitor strategies. Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and inform the KAM team.
  • Promotional Development and Field Enablement: Create scientifically accurate and emotionally resonant promotional materials (e.g., brochures, banners, e-detailing, patient education tools). Deliver training and communication programs to equip the KAM team with effective engagement strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Campaigns: Design and test promotional programs that resonate with fertility specialists, OB/GYNs, embryologists, and IVF clinic stakeholders. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adapt based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Scientific Communication and Education: Develop and present product and disease education content for internal training and external scientific forums. Represent the company at fertility congresses, symposia, and KOL roundtables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Event Leadership: Build and nurture relationships with fertility KOLs, IVF centers, and professional societies. Organize high-impact scientific events, workshops, and national congresses in collaboration with the KAM team.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage product marketing budgets with precision, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI. Monitor spend and adjust plans to meet evolving market needs.
  • Sales Performance and Forecasting: Analyze product performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to forecast demand and mitigate supply risks.
  • Omnichannel and MCM Strategy: Lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing strategies, including digital engagement, CRM, and content personalization tailored to fertility professionals and patients.
  • Other tasks as directed by Line Manager
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine is required; MBA or advanced degree in healthcare management is highly desirable.
  • At least 8-10 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with minimum 3–5 years of focused experience in fertility, reproductive health, or women’s health. Proven success in product management within top-tier multinational companies. Experience in sales management and KAM collaboration is essential.
  • Therapeutic Knowledge:Strong grasp of fertility treatment protocols, ART procedures, hormonal therapies, and patient care pathways. Ability to translate clinical data into strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Digital and Omnichannel Proficiency: Skilled in MCM strategy, digital content development, and CRM platforms. Experience with HCP engagement tools and patient support programs is a plus.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking:Visionary mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data, anticipate market shifts, and drive innovation in a competitive landscape.
  • Communication and Influence: Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage, educate, and influence diverse stakeholders across clinical, commercial, and operational domains.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
