Report to: District Manager

 

Your roles:

  • Cooperate with District Manager for Hospital Tender / Enlisting in assigned territories

           - Specializing in taking care of Tenders / HO enlisting and all tasks related to stock in Hospitals

                     * Collect Tender information including policy, point system, insurance formulary list, tender packages, tender committee contact list, schedule of tender (by assigned territories)

                     * Manage & keep updated on all product regulatory and quality profiles related/supported for tender
           - Building up a strong foundation for the products by promoting them to KTLs and KDMs during the awareness phase to get the influence and their support for our products.
           - Providing complete HO Tender / Enlisting information for the business review and proposing an effective action plan for assigned territories.
           - Organize product profile presentation to the Drug/ Tender committee/ Insurance body
           - Providing constructive feedback from fields to the company and implementing action plan accordingly.

  • Participating and cooperating in different types of scientific events and projects.
  • Be responsible for all activities of assigned products in assigned territories.

           - Ensure achievement of forecast in line with short, average, and long-term business strategies.
           - Building and maintaining the partnerships with HCPs and KTLs related to assigned products

  • Well collaborate with support teams: Marketing; tender; medical; SFE… in implementation and other team to maximize company resources
  • To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensure the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person (LPVR) in Vietnam within 24 hours.

 

Who You Are:

  • Graduated in Pharmacist / Doctor with Bachelor degree.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Market at MNCs. (Especially in Oncology Field)
  • Strong customer engagement skill
  • Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, open mind and active attitude
  • Scientific base
  • High experience in the tender sector is an advantage
  • Good Time management & Work organization
  • Good at English & computer skills
