Report to: Business Unit Director - Fertility BU

Your Roles:

In your role as Regional Manager - South & Central, you drive the planning, organization, leadership, and control of South and Central team activities, including performance definition, data analysis, territory management, and marketing program implementation. You contribute directly to achieving assigned territory performances and related objectives. You’ll play a key part in enhancing customer service levels and developing key accounts, working closely with your subordinates to make a real difference. This is your chance to bring your expertise, passion, and ideas to the table and help shape the overall business strategy and market knowledge. 

  • Set up and execute business plans for the assigned regions.
  • Develop in-depth analysis on market and competitors, evaluate trends and positioning of the assigned territories.
  • People development and talent retention.
  • To recognize a reportable adverse event or safety information and having the necessary information forwarded to the Local Drug Safety Contact in Vietnam in a timely manner.
  • Build up the strong relationship with KTLs and stakeholders

Who You Are:

  • A degree in Pharmacy or Doctor, with an MBA preferred for additional business acumen.
  • Proficient communication in English.
  • Good command in office computer skills: Word, Excel, Email & Power Points.
  • At least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical market in similar role in top multinational companies including at least one year experience in leading people.
  • Experience in Fertility field or Ob & Gynecology is preferred.
  • Have thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical market and good understanding pharmaceutical performance and marketing in the new context.
  • Good at presentation skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, project management and organizational skills, planning and driving execution skills.
  • Be result-oriented & customer focus, analytical thinking and honest. Have a collaborative work style and deal with conflict constructively.
