Your Role:


As a Digital Sales Specialist, you'll be part of our dynamic Benelux team of 6 Sales Specialists. Your mission? Engage with scientists, lab managers, purchasers, and other stakeholders to identify and manage commercial leads. You'll leverage our technical products and your scientific knowledge to empower customers and achieve our business goals. Your responsibilities will include researching the scientific landscape in the Benelux, connecting with customers at all levels, expanding our commercial reach, collaborating with our Sales Specialists for an exceptional customer experience, coordinating with our Marcom team on campaigns, and ensuring seamless technology solution delivery with our Service teams. Plus, you'll keep your skills sharp with ongoing scientific and commercial training. This role offers fantastic growth opportunities and a clear career path for those eager to advance.

 

Who You Are:

 

 

  • Strong interest in starting a sales career (prior experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for connecting with people
  • Digitally savvy, proficient in Office, iOS, and social media (CRM knowledge is a bonus)
  • Able to gather market intelligence and share insights with teams and management
  • Enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, including Digital Sales, Field Sales, Marcom, and Service
  • Good business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Holds a scientific or business degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
