YOUR ROLE
Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer, where you’ll be the go-to expert for technical support on water purification systems in the Benelux region. You’ll take charge of repairs, startups, and routine maintenance, ensuring our customers get the most out of their systems. Your role will also involve enhancing the after-sales experience, maximizing system efficiency, and reliability. WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, delivering solution-based services.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, simplifying complex technical issues for diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and reporting, with strong computer skills including network knowledge.
- Familiarity with biopharmaceutical industry standards, including GMP, is a plus.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with good English proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
- Passion for customer training and support, eager to share your knowledge!
