YOUR ROLE:

Join our dynamic field sales team as a Field Sales Specialist. Based in Wallonia, you’ll manage customers across life science sectors (pharmaceuticals, biotech, clinical, chemistry, and food & beverage) in Wallonia and Luxembourg. Your core goal is to grow revenue by listening to client needs and delivering practical, value-driven solutions that help their operations run smoother. Expect regular travel within Belgium and occasional cross‑border visits. Work in a collaborative, growth‑minded environment with clear opportunities for development and a direct path to tangible outcomes. WHO YOU ARE:

• Proven field sales experience in a technical or science-related environment.
• Native French speaker with strong English proficiency; residency in Wallonia, Belgium.
• Background in science or a related discipline; ability to translate complex concepts for customers.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
• Customer-focused, outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities; comfortable prioritizing multiple opportunities.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with service, accounting, and order teams.
• Able to travel as needed and holds a valid driver’s license.
