Your Role:
As the Regional Head of Sales for Benelux (f/m), you will lead a diverse team of Account Managers and Inside Sales Account Manager, shaping the local sales strategy to align with our overarching goals in Process Solutions, which is part of our Life Science division. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the sales performance of your team of 10, including a Sales Supervisor, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our sales targets. You will actively coach and develop your direct reports, enhancing their skills in sales, forecasting, and business management.
This role requires a strategic mindset, as you will be responsible for creating effective business plans tailored to various market segments and product lines. Additionally, you will play a key role in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships within the Life Science industry, particularly in the (Bio)Pharma Market. Your ability to embrace digital tools and solutions will maximize productivity and transparency within your team. Furthermore, you will manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support growth initiatives. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.
This position is remote and can be based in either the Netherlands or Belgium.

Who You Are:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or any Life Science-related field.
- Over 5 years of leadership experience as a Regional Head of Sales.
- More than 10 years of direct experience in sales management within the Life Science sector, ideally in the Benelux region.
- Strong commercial capabilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent strategic thinking and an integrated approach to business challenges.
- Proficient in utilizing digital tools to enhance team performance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales volume goals through effective team leadership.
- Willingness to travel for internal meetings and customer visits, including overnight travel.
