Your Role:
As an In-House Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing incoming service requests from external customers via phone, e-mail and digital tools. This is your chance to make a real impact!
You will provide support and innovative solutions to enhance field service activity efficiency and propose service products in a cost-effective manner, ensuring that every customer interaction leaves them completely satisfied. You will initiate billable repair quotes and prioritize ad hoc customer requests (repairs) while managing work order scheduling for existing rolling business (maintenance and installations). You will be the essential bridge between the customer and the Field Service Engineers (FSEs), coordinating field service activities and ensuring seamless communication.
You will ensure data integrity using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools SFDC & Service Max (SMAX) according to guidelines and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). - Computer literacy and a keen interest in digital solutions.

- A standout colleague with positive interpersonal skills who enjoys teamwork.
- Data entry experience; familiarity with SFDC/SMAX is a plus.
- Proficient in French and Dutch, and fluent in English.
