Your role:

Join our team as a Supply Chain Operational Manager and take charge of our Supply Chain and Customer Service operations in Belgium and Luxembourg! In this hands-on position, you’ll manage daily operations, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), while driving performance and optimizing processes. You’ll lead the Supply Chain and Customer Service teams, ensuring efficient logistics and compliance with regulations. Your leadership will have a direct impact on our success, and you’ll have opportunities for growth and career advancement. Be ready to engage with diverse teams and make a difference in our operations!

Who you are:

• 3-4 years of experience managing or supervising a team.
• Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / demand planning.
• Proven experience in supply chain management and customer service, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Proficient in Dutch and French and fluent in English.
• Project management, optimise processes, change management.
• SAP skills are an advantage but advanced Excel knowledge is needed.
