Take the responsibility of all equipment issues including maintenance, repair, modification and so on under safety and quality requirement.

Work with a team to complete investment projects by joining design, selecting venders, controlling progress, and delivering qualified result within time and budget target under safety and compliance regulations.

與團隊協同負責生產或部份廠務設備之投資計畫，包括初期評估、參與設計、評選合適的供應商、進度執行與掌握、施工現場稽核督導、驗收認證等等，且能在符合時間與預算目標下完成，並確保所有工程能在符合安全與法規下執行

Solve routine equipment trouble and issue by logical thinking

即時且有效的處理解決硬體設備的異常或問題，以便維持生產作業之穩定

Closely team work with related functions including Quality, Facility, EHS or OE to meet mutual target

透過跨部門合作，特別是與廠務、工安、品保等單位，以達成共同目標
