Your Role :

 

  • Lead Go-To-Market activities for digital solutions, providing comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.
  • Oversee pre- and post-sales technical activities, ensure seamless implementation at customer sites.
  • Work closely with customers, Commercial, Sales, and Design teams on a daily basis to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Deliver demo training, materials, and support to Sales, Customer Success/Engagement, and MSAT teams across EMEA, APAC, China, and the Americas.
  • Compose and perform Computer System Validation (CSV) for digital software at customer sites, adhering to GMP standards.
  • Provide installation, integration and maintenance support to customers and partners, ensuring optimal performance of digital solutions.
  • Design and lead training programs for both hardware and software, tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure product applicability within customer processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Offer expert support and training to customers, which may require travel to client locations.
  • Collaborate internally on new digital solution applications, provide insights for product enhancements.
  • Lead communication efforts to raise awareness of digital solutions and the upcoming portfolio.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2 to 5 years of experience in implementation and support roles
  • This position is based in India, with the possibility of partial home office arrangements.
  • You have a strong automation mindset, focusing on monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of best practices throughout the software development life cycle, including source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Fluency in English is required, with excellent communication skills and patience when interacting with clients.
  • You are a proactive team player and problem solver, capable of collaborating effectively to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, strategic planning, and impactful communication.
  • High proficiency in customer orientation and technical acumen.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
