Your role:
As a Customer Excellence Specialist your mission is to support Customers and our Sales team according to their needs and leverage our Differentiated Service offer as a competitive advantage to drive profitable growth. We bring the voice of our customers to the business. You will be responsible for handling customer and sales requests either by email and CRM (90%) or phone (10%). You will process customer’s purchase orders within agreed timelines ensuring accuracy of data and you will monitor the process from order through to delivery, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout.
Who you are:
- Previous experience in an admin role or desk-based customer service role.
- Organized, multitasking, open-minded, great sensibility for customer satisfaction, flexible in a changing and multicultural environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, promotes good relationship in the team, ensures 2-ways communication and teamwork.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems or Salesforce - desirable
