Your Role:

You will have an integral role in our commitment to ensuring a positive difference is made to millions of peoples lives through your role as an Operations Assistant working within Liquid Media Production. You will have a varied, challenging and rewarding role working within in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, performing aseptic dispensing in a cleanroom environment and assigned tasks across Liquid Media Production area. This role is offered on a permananet basis, working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern consisting of 2 days 2 nights, working 12 hour shifts of 7-7.

 

Key Accountabilities will Include but are not limited to:

 

  • Ensures the production facility is in a clean and Audit-ready state.
  • Completes all documentation in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (EXCiPACT GMP).
  • Uses SAP for completion of electronic batch documentation
  • Verifies cleanrooms are within specification prior to use.
  • Verifies scales are in specification prior to use using appropriate check weights
  • Completes clean room validations prior to expiry of validated period and maintains uninterrupted validation throughout year

Who you are:

 

  • Degree qualified in a Biological or Chemical science OR have previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • You will possess effective numeracy and literacy skills and be well versed in ensuring accurate work is always maintained.
  • Experience in a GMP environment is desirable.
  • Previous experience with aseptic technique in cleanroom environment.
  • Previous systems experience is desirable, direct experience of using SAP is advantageous.
