About The Role

Commercial and Financial

• Drive and deliver Biomonitoring Sales number for Indonesia
• Deliver measurable growth in new leads, contacts and opportunity conversions
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Establishes and expand new accounts
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Maintains professional and technical microbiology knowledge
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Operational and Administrative

• Establish and maintain a record of all customer details with contact names and other pertinent information.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports through SFDC
• Regularly advise management regarding potential methods of business improvement.
• Managing quotation by collaborating with Sales Support
• Attend company meetings, exhibitions, sales conferences and training courses as requested.
• Maintain company equipment and have a due regard for the security of all items, including laptop computer, mobile phone, sample stock and literature etc.
• Be accurate and punctual in matters of administration of business, including personal expenses as per company guidelines.
• Report on key achievements relating to objectives on a weekly basis.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree, with 1 year professional experience, fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Candidate with biology, microbiology, food technology, pharmacist, or QC lab background will be regarded
• Based in greater Jakarta
• Experience in sales/marketing or customer services will be regarded
• Should be computer literate
• English business fluent with demonstrated clear, concise, and effective communication with diverse audiences, both written and orally.
• Good communication, negoitation, and presentation skills
• Possible to travel
• Able to adapt the new way of working (able to do efficient and effective sales call, virtual meeting, remote sales closing, data driven approach,
