Data Management and Transformation Intern

You will drives data collection, cleaning, transformation, and documentation. It will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, assist with dashboard enhancements, and leverage data management tools (including Palantir, SQL, Python, Excel) to enable accurate reporting and informed decision-making. This position offers hands-on experience in data governance, transformation projects, and knowledge sharing within a collaborative team.

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support to maintain dashboard or any inquiry enhancement for improvement in data management processes.
• Help document data management processes and procedures to ensure and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support for data transformation projects.
• Utilize data management tools and software to assist in data transformation and reporting tasks to visualize data (familiar with Palantir environment and Python is a plus) 

• Obtained a bachelor degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Macro VBA, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong desire to learn about data management and transformation processes and contribute to the team's success.
