About the role:
The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring thyroid products activities. This role requires a strong focus on governance and administration to ensure all activities are conducted effectively and in compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Ensuring the successful implementation of Thyroid marketing strategies, especially its screening programs.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to facilitate screening events.
  • Track and analyze the performance of thyroid screening initiatives.
  • Collect and report data on participation rates and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to health screenings.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management detailing the effectiveness of screening efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide training and support to field teams involved in screening activities.

 

Who are you

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in health screening programs or related initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of thyroid health and screening processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
