About The Role

• Onboarding Experience Optimization
  • Review and refine our welcoming letters to ensure they create a meaningful first impression.
  • Evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of our e-learning onboarding materials.
  • Identify gaps in the employee onboarding journey and propose actionable improvements.
• HR Program Promotion & Campaigns
  • Assist in designing and executing creative campaigns to promote HR programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to communicate key messages that engage and inspire employees.
• Assist in various HR projects aligned with HR strategy

Who You Are

1. Final year (with no classes) or fresh graduates in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Is passionate about the HR field. Especially in the area of Learning and Development
3. Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills with fluency in English.
4. Possesses or familiar with design tools.
5. Available to join us immediately.
6. Can commit to a minimum 3-month internship with a hybrid working model based in Merck Head Office, South Jakarta.
