About the role:
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Sales Manager for Core Dealers to lead a high-performing sales team in ensuring and maintaining core business and drive revenue growth via price increase as well as volume growth. You will develop go-to-market strategies, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver sustainable results.
Role and Responsibility:
- Design and establish Go-To-Market strategy. Risk mitigation and synergy opportunities to deliver sales targets.
- Establish and build strategic partnerships with assigned dealers.
- Develop annual and long-term plans in order to meet corporate goals for sales and profit growth.
- Design and implement optimal organization structure.
- Implement strategy and initiatives within direct team.
- Collaborate with business partners to improve business processes and ensure good customer experience.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience and dealer management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior leadership/people management experience (2+ years) with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the relevant market, customer buying cycles, and regulatory considerations (industry specifics may apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed and work across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
