Specialty Gases Warehouse Specialist Job Duties

This position manages the warehousing, including all of the receiving and delivery (I/OQC) for Specialty Gases product (include full and residual). Loading and offloading containers for cylinders and ISO trailer. Support Warehouse Team leader to setup warehouse operation procedures and emergency response team.

- Inventory Forecasting

  • Inventory Monitoring and Reporting

  - Real-Time Tracking

  - Data Analysis

  - Optimization

  • Supply Chain Coordination and Optimization

  - Demand Responsiveness

  - Enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • ISO trailer, Cylinder and Tonner operations management

   - I/O QC

   - Package

   - Fleet maintenance

   - Picking/ Receiving

  • SAP I2O and GLM end user
    • Support local implementation of RISE and legal entity changes.
    • Support key user.
    • Participate in country verification workshop.
    • Utilize the ERP system for inbound receipts and outbound picking to maintain accurate inventory records.

 

 

 

Education and Qualifications Required

Education:    

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy, environmental, material science or related fields.

Working Experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production role, particularly in the chemical manufacturing sector, is a plus.

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

  • Prefer candidates from chemical manufacturing background, with experience of hazard chemical handling and High-pressure vessel operation is a plus.
  • Having related certification like forklift、pressure vessel、fixed crane operation is a plus.
  • High energy, creative, passionate, and self-motivated, has a sense of responsibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems for inventory management is a plus.
  • Well know about the gas and cylinder, Emergency Response knowledge is basic requirement. There will be better if she or he more careful, patience, and kindly.
  • Language: Good written and verbal communication skills in both native language and business English.
