Specialty Gases Warehouse technician Job Duties

This position manages the warehousing, including all of the receiving and delivery (I/OQC) for Specialty Gases product (include full and residual). Loading and offloading containers for cylinders and ISO trailer.

該職位管理工廠的倉儲，包括氣體(鋼瓶)、高壓氣體槽車，實瓶/空瓶的所有進出貨（I/OQC）作業。

Main Responsibilities

Cylinder management:

• For the returned cylinders, must be classified and shall well check the condition and meanwhile move them to the storage area.
  14. 對於回運(國內外)的鋼瓶需進行分類整理及檢查(IQC)其狀況，完成後再將其移入儲存區存放。
• The warehouse will take inventory control based on the customer’s demand. Performing the 2nd outgoing quality check (OQC), adding customer labels and special requirements.
  14. 倉庫依據客戶的需求進行庫存的管控。執行出貨前的檢查及執行相關標籤張貼包含客戶相關特殊需求。
• For the unqualified cylinders and canisters, must be classified and shall well check condition.
  14. 對於不合格鋼瓶/容器進行分類及檢查其狀況。
• Conduct thorough inspections of cylinders to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  14. 對鋼瓶進行徹底檢查，確保符合安全和品質標準。
• Scheduling for Cylinder periodic inspection at 3PL’s site.
  14. 安排第三方定期鋼瓶檢查。

                                                                                        視需要協調板車維護和修理

Education and Qualifications Required

Education:    

• The candidate should ideally hold an undergraduate degree in science, engineering, or logistics. He or she must understand English.

Working Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production role, particularly in the chemical manufacturing sector, is a plus.

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Prefer candidates from chemical manufacturing background, with experience of hazard chemical handling and High-pressure vessel operation is a plus.
• Having related certification like forklift、pressure vessel、fixed crane operation is a plus.
• High energy, creative, passionate, and self-motivated, has a sense of responsibility.
• Good written and verbal communication skills native language. With knowledge of English is preferred.

• Well know about the gas and cylinder, Emergency Response knowledge is basic requirement. There will be better if she or he more careful, patience, and kindly.
