Specialty Gases Production technician Job Duties 

特殊氣體生產技術員工作職責 

Production technicians are integral to the manufacturing process, performing various tasks to ensure smooth operations and the timely production of goods. This role needs to work shift.  

生產技術員是製造過程中不可或缺的一員，負責執行各種任務，以確保產線順利運作和商品及時生產。此職務需要輪班。 

Main Responsibilities 主要職責 

Production technicians play a crucial role in manufacturing processes across various industries.  

生產技術人員在各行業的製造過程中扮演著重要的角色。 

Safety Compliance: 安全合規： 

Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. This includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), following safety guidelines, and participating in safety training.  

遵守安全協議和程序，以維持安全的工作環境。這包括穿戴個人防護裝備 (PPE)、遵守安全指引以及參加安全訓練。 

Operating Equipment and Control System: 操作設備和控制系統： 

They operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process. This may involve setting up machinery, monitoring its operation, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. 

Follow established procedures and protocols for manufacturing processes. This includes following safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory standards. 

操作並維護生產過程中使用的機械設備。包括設定機器、監控其運作，以及排除任何出現的問題。 

 遵循製造流程的既定程序和協議。這包括遵循安全指引，以確保工作環境安全並符合法規標準。 

Quality Control: 品質控制： 

Production technicians are responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards. They may inspect products at various stages of the production process to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications. 

生產技術人員負責確保產品符合品質標準。在生產流程的各個階段檢查產品，以找出缺失並確保產品符合規格。 

Troubleshooting: 故障排除: 

When equipment malfunctions or production problems occur, production technicians collaborate with shift supervisor to identify the root cause and implement solutions to minimize downtime. 

當設備發生故障或生產出現問題時，生產技術人員需與當班主管合作，找出根本原因並解決問題，以盡量減少停機時間。 

Maintenance: 維護: 

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to keep it in optimal working condition. This may involve cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed. 

執行機械和設備的例行維護任務，使其保持最佳工作狀態。這可能包括清潔、潤滑及在需要時更換零件。 

Documentation: 文檔: 

Production technicians maintain accurate records of production activities, including quality control checks, and production outputs. 

生產技術人員須需保持準確的生產活動紀錄，包括品質控制及產量紀錄。 

Collaboration: 合作: 

Collaborate with other team members, such as production engineers, quality control inspectors, and production supervisors, to optimize processes and resolve issues efficiently. 

與其他團隊成員，如生產工程師、品質檢驗員和生產主管合作，以優化製程並有效地解決問題。 

Environment:環境: 

Keep the production area with good environment and execute 5S activity.  

保持生產區域的良好環境，並執行 5S 活動。 

Education and Qualifications Required 資格 

Education:  學歷                                                         

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry or Mechanical preferred. 
2. 擁有工程、化學或機械學士學位或以上者優先 
   Working Experience: 經歷 
3. Requires previous experience in a production role experience in chemical manufacturing plant (min. 2 years as a guide) 
4. 曾在化學製造工廠擔任生產職務的經驗（至少 2 年） 
      

Technical & Professional Knowledge: 技術與專業知識： 

1. Prefer candidates from chemical manufacturing background, with experience of hazard chemical handling and distillation tower operation is a plus. 
2. 有化學製造背景者優先，具備危險化學品處理及蒸餾塔操作經驗者優先。 
3. Having related certification like forklift、pressure vessel、fixed crane operation. 
4. 擁有相關認證，如堆高機、壓力容器、固定式起重機操作。 
5. High energy, creative, passionate, and self-motivated, has a sense of responsibility. 
6. 精力充沛、有創意、熱情、自我激勵、有責任感。 
7. Good written and verbal communication skills native language. With knowledge of English is preferred. 
8. 良好的書面和口頭溝通能力（母語）。具備英語能力者優
