Electronics is building a big project in Kaohsiung, Taiwan to meet both market and business growth demand. The wave 1 of the project contains 5 product lines, TSA, OSIII, TMA, BCl3 and HCl. Each product line has its owned production building. The sufficient infra scope will support all these production lines to share the utility includes Admin, CUB(Central Utility Building), Power station, waste water treatment, city water system, nitrogen supply system, firefighting system, chilling water system as well as compressed air system.

 

The project location is in Kaohsiung Science Park of STSP, overall land area is 150,000 SQM. Wave 1 will utilize 55,000 SQM.

 
Your Role 
  1. Achieve safety, health, and environmental targets (ex: Recordable Injury Rate) through the deployment of an effective execution.
  2. Project development and project execution to meet business demand, company standards and comply with regulation requirement.
  3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  4. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  5. Ensure resource availability and allocation and develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  8. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  9. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

 

Who You Are 

  1. Work experience: 20+ years in project execution
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or related technical discipline.
  3.  Fluent in Chinese, English
  4. Hands-on experiences in managing capital projects (brownfield or greenfield project) as Project Manager; Experience with various roles: owner, EPC or contractor – is a plus
