Job Title: IT Project Manager
Work Location: Flexible within Taiwan.Located in Kaohsiung or Tainan are preferred. 

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Electronics DDIT. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing of medium-to-large IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Depending on the target architecture, projects are executed in close collaboration with international teams from various areas including IT Business Partnering, IT/OT, IT infrastructure and IT application. The IT Project Manager is overseeing the full project lifecycle (i.e., design, development/configuration, testing, cutover/go-live etc.) and ensures security and quality of delivered solutions, including handover to operations and support. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Your Role

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure overall solutions fulfills business requirements and expectations.
• Facilitate project meetings and document meeting notes and action items.
• Manage project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Escalate major issues or showstoppers to senior management throughout project life cycle.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management. Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects in a complex, global matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Domain experience in logistics, digital supply chains, manufacturing and IT/OT convergence of strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Local language skills are a benefit.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
