Operation Excellence Expert

The Operation Excellence Expert drives manufacturing performance and operational improvements across the production site through lean, six sigma manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. The role partners with production, engineering, quality, and cross-functional teams to strengthen process governance and deliver sustainable performance improvements. The position also supports alignment with global operational excellence frameworks and fosters a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Your Role

• Leads, manages, and supports projects about Operation excellence initiatives across the sites by applying lean, Six Sigma methodologies, and structured problem-solving approaches to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, product quality, cost performance, and enhance business strength, etc.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, performance gaps, and operational risks, and develop short-term and long-term improvement strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement programs and training focused on workflow optimization, process stability, asset reliability, and overall manufacturing performance. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key manufacturing performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, yield, cycle time, and operational efficiency, to support performance management, benchmarking, and decision-making

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Scientific subjects preferred. 
• Requires proven professional experience (minimum of 5 years as a guide)

• Certified Lean and Six Sigma Black belt
• Knowledge of statistical software (ex. JMP, Minitab), and Microsoft Office 365 products, digital or AI tools is plus.
• Knowledge of regulations regarding the manufacture of flammable, pyrophoric, or toxic chemical is plus.
• Knowledge of chemical process and expertise in continuous improvement is plus.
• Good presenting and reporting skills.
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels and areas of the organization, leading multiple projects and manage deadlines.
