Your Role 

• Lead PSM committee to achieve and maintain OSHA PSM certification.
• Liaison with corporate and authority for PSM certification, internal & external audit
• Introduce PSM KPI’s and dashboard for performance monitoring.
• Develop PSM element programs, such as MOC, PSSR, employee participation, etc.
• Serve as public dangerous substance and internal DG manager to develop hazardous substance management program to ensure regulatory compliance.        
• Introduce corporate risk assessment tool to build site risk register for risk and mitigation follow up.
• Work closely with project team and corporate to develop EHS statement to support capital project IVC registration and approval.
• Lead committee to identify operational risks and develop mitigation plan for business continuity.
• Build up site ER capacity for different scenarios and regulation requirements, such as OSHA, public hazardous substance, PSM & toxic chemical substances.  
• Organize drills and trainings to maintain competency of ER team members.  

Who You Are 

• Master’s degree in EHS or chemical related disciplines preferred. 
• Requires proven professional experience (minimum of 10-15 years as a guide) minimum 5 years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing plant management function.
• Preferredwith class B occupational safety officer, class A toxic chemical substance responsible person, and toxic chemical substance emergency responder, and public hazardous substance manager
• Must have adequate knowledge and experiences of PSM certification and PSM manager qualification is preferred.     
• Strong leadership characteristics. Ability to lead teams to deliver on time, demonstrated the ability to foster decision-making.
• Communicates openly and transparently and able to work effectively across the matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong leadership, in both native language and business English.
