Your Role-

環境、健康、安全

生產工程師負責確保符合安全規定並在生產環境中倡導安全文化。
• 避免發生任何環境、健康、安全事故，並持續改進所有安全和環境、健康、安全事項。所有環境、健康、安全風險均正確識別、評估並修正。
• 進行安全評估並根據需要實施安全措施。
• 調查並報告任何事故或安全事件。

品質和合規性

生產工程師負責制定和實施品質控制程式，以確保產品符合行業標準和客戶規格：
• 形成「零品質缺陷」的文化和期望。所有生產相關的品質問題均正確識別、評估並糾正。
• 與品質保證團隊合作解決品質問題。
• 監察和執行品質控制措施，確保產品符合規定標準。

生產最佳化
生產工程師與工藝工程和其他生產團隊合作：
• 確保所有團隊成員遵循我們的原則，將安全和品質置於首位。
• 分析和最佳化製造流程，以提高效率、降低成本並增強整體生產產量。
• 實施精益製造原則和持續改進方法。
• 辨識生產過程的成本削減機會，不影響品質的情況下。
• 實施節約成本措施並監控預算執行情況。

故障排除
• 調查和排除生產問題，辨識根本原因並實施糾正措施。
• 與維護和工程團隊合作解決技術挑戰。

Who you are-

教育資格：
• 工程、化學或材料科學相關的學士學位或以上學歷者優先考慮。

工作經驗：
• 需要具備生產或製成工程職務經驗（最少5年經驗作為參考）。

技術和專業知識：
• 偏好具有化工製造背景的候選人，尤其是瞭解半導體行業標準和品質要求。具有危險化學品處理經驗者優先考慮。
• 熟悉精益製造原則和持續改進方法論。具有較強的分析和解決問題能力，擁有LSS綠帶認證的加分條件。
• 積極主動、具有高度的活力、創意和熱情，渴望成功。
• 良好的母語和商務英語書面和口頭溝通能力。
