Your Role-

KAO Facility, a leading producer of semiconductor thin film precursors, is seeking a skilled Engineer with a background in chemical engineering to join our dynamic production team. As part of the production department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production and quality of our products for semiconductor thin film applications. These precursors are packaged in steel cylinders for delivery to our customers, and your responsibilities will include overseeing their production process, as well as refurbishing steel cylinders to maintain compliance with high-quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the production process of semiconductor thin film precursors, including synthesis, purification, and packaging

2. Manage the refurbishing of steel cylinders to ensure they meet usage standards and are ready for delivery

3. Collaborate closely with the production team to optimize existing production lines, improving efficiency and product quality

4. Contribute to the design and implementation of new production processes and packaging solutions

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical engineering or a related field

2. Previous experience in a traditional chemical manufacturing facility, particularly with process design, is preferred

3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards process optimization

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English for effective collaboration with international colleagues
